摘要
雙吸式螺桿泵在最近幾年進行了許多的研究，技術有了很大的發(fā)展。新的研究成果在許多領域進行應用，并且取得了很好的效果。雙吸式二螺桿泵的應用范圍和領域一定會逐步的擴大，應用到各行各業(yè)中去。相對的技術要求也會越來越高。本文主要介紹了雙吸式二螺桿泵的結(jié)構設計以及設計步驟，深入討論其中各個零部件的選擇。
首先，我們應該了解雙吸式螺桿泵的工作原理。雙吸式二螺桿泵是主動螺桿在轉(zhuǎn)動時帶動從螺桿在襯套中轉(zhuǎn)動，依靠密封腔的容積變化來流體輸送的。其次，螺桿泵最重要的部分是螺桿，所以我們首先進行是雙吸式二螺桿泵的主從動螺桿的結(jié)構設計。在雙吸式二螺桿泵的設計過程中最重要的是螺桿的設計，我們主要依靠給定的流量和壓力以及所輸送的介質(zhì)這些數(shù)據(jù)來確定螺桿的設計方向。在次，螺桿泵的密封是很重要的。螺桿泵是一個壓力泵，它的密封系統(tǒng)好壞決定了能否提供足夠的壓力來輸送介質(zhì)。所以在設計的過程中襯套與螺桿的密封、襯套與殼體的密封、螺桿與端蓋的密封是我們要考慮的。最后，我們要選擇一些螺釘、軸承、安全閥、墊圈等雙吸式螺桿泵的附件。

STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF THE DOUBLE SUCTION OF THE TWO-SCREW PUMP
ABSTRACT
Double suction of the two-screw pump has a rapid development in recent years, and it is now used in many areas and have a good achievement. Range of applications and fields of the double suction of the two-screw pump in the future will become increasingly large, and its technical requirements have become higher. So this paper describes the structural design steps of the double suction of the two-screw pump and the choice of the various components.
First, we need to know and understand how the double suction of the two-screw pump works. Double suction of the two-screw pump is active screw driven in rotation from the screw rotation in the bushing, it relies on the formation of the sealed chamber of volume change transmission fluid. Second, The screw is the most important part of a screw pump, so we first design the active screw and driven screw structure of the double suction of the two-screw pump. Screw design has a very important role in the design process of the double suction of the two-screw pump, the data to determine of the structural design of the screw with the flow and pressure as well as the transmission medium. Third, the seal of screw pump is very important. Screw pump is a pressure pump, a good sealing system in order to generate enough pressure to the transmission medium. We should consider of the bushing and screw seal, bushing and casing seal, screw and end cap seal when we design the double suction of the two-screw pump .Last, we have to choose the double suction of the two-screw pump with accessories, such as screws, bearings, safety valves, gaskets, etc.
The article highlights the double suction of the two-screw pump design calculations and sealing of the bushing shell design, in addition the article do a lot of introduction to the choice of attachment of the double suction of the two-screw pump.
