摘 要
進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,中國(guó)汽車工業(yè)進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展期,國(guó)人對(duì)于汽車的需求量急速上升,中國(guó)正式進(jìn)入汽車工業(yè)文明時(shí)代。但是由于石油資源的日益減少,燃油價(jià)格水漲船高,人們的出行成本也在逐漸增加,加上有機(jī)化合物的燃燒產(chǎn)生的有害物質(zhì)對(duì)地球的污染,所以人們需要能夠更加節(jié)約能源的汽車。
2007年HONDA節(jié)能競(jìng)技大賽進(jìn)入中國(guó),這是一個(gè)倡導(dǎo)節(jié)能減排的專業(yè)性賽事。參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì)制作的汽車在規(guī)定時(shí)間、規(guī)定路線下,行駛一定距離,并由此換算出一升油能夠行駛的公里數(shù),耗油量少則勝出的一項(xiàng)賽事。其中參加比賽的車輛均搭載由本田技研工業(yè)投資有限公司開發(fā)的Honda彎梁車的125化油器低油耗四沖程發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。
本文建立在對(duì)本田發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)性能進(jìn)行分析,計(jì)算出合適的傳動(dòng)比,設(shè)計(jì)帶傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、離合器、變速器等關(guān)鍵零部件,并對(duì)以上設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行校核,以達(dá)到成功提高燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性。

Abstract
Since the 21st century, China have gotten into the rapid development of automobile industry. The demand of people for car grew rapidly. China officially enters the automobile industrial civilization era. But due to the dwindling oil resources, fuel prices rising, people's travel costs are also gradually increase. Because of the organic compounds produced by burning pollution of harmful substances on the earth, so people need more energy-efficient cars.
2007 HONDA energy-saving competition contest to enter China, which is a promotion of energy-saving emission reduction professional event. Participating team design of the car in the specified time, the provisions of the route, driving a certain distance, and thus converted out of a liter of oil can drive the number of kilometers, fuel consumption is less to win a race. The vehicles participating in the competition are equipped with a low fuel consumption four-stroke engine for the 125 carburetor developed by Honda Technology Industrial Co., Ltd..
This article based on the Honda engine performance analysis, the race under the resistance analysis of the car to calculate the appropriate transmission ratio, design chain Transmission system, clutch, drive shaft and other key components, and the above design to check to achieve the success of improving fuel economy.
