3365 上防塵蓋的沖壓成形工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì),防塵蓋,沖壓,成形,工藝,模具設(shè)計(jì) 　　　 上防塵蓋沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)上防塵蓋沖孔模具設(shè)計(jì)的要求，分別對(duì)模具的工作零部件等六大類(lèi)零部件作詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容包括沖裁件的工藝分析及工藝方案的確定、工藝計(jì)算、沖裁模具的設(shè)計(jì)、模具的安裝與調(diào)整等。在工藝計(jì)算部分要對(duì)沖壓力的計(jì)算、模具壓力中心的確定、凸凹模尺寸并確定制造公差的計(jì)算、彈性元件的選取與計(jì)算等內(nèi)容詳細(xì)計(jì)算。必要時(shí)還要對(duì)模具的主要零件進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算。在沖裁模的設(shè)計(jì)部分要對(duì)工作零件、定位零件、卸料與頂件零件、導(dǎo)向零件連接與固定零件等結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析設(shè)計(jì)。要在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中了解模具的工作過(guò)程和注意標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的選用，對(duì)單工序沖裁模的結(jié)構(gòu)有進(jìn)一步的了解。模具的安裝與調(diào)試部分要注意有導(dǎo)柱模具與無(wú)導(dǎo)柱模具的安裝方法及順序，通過(guò)模具的安裝，了解模具的組成及各部分零部件的作用等。注意模具安裝過(guò)后的試沖過(guò)程中常見(jiàn)的缺陷與解決方法等。通過(guò)這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)要對(duì)單工序模具有更近一步的了解，注意它與復(fù)合模和級(jí)進(jìn)模之間的區(qū)別，三者雖然都是一副模具，但本次單工序模是單存的沖孔，在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要注意模具結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、模具使用方便、模具壽命高等問(wèn)題。并且要提高生產(chǎn)效率，保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。關(guān)鍵詞：復(fù)合模 級(jí)進(jìn)模 試沖 間隙配合 過(guò)渡配合 On dust cap ramming craft and mold design AbstractThis graduation project is the request which designs to on dust cap punch holes mold,Separately and so on six big kind of spare parts makes the detailed design to the mold work spare part.
