摘 要
本文詳細(xì)介紹了本次設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容、設(shè)計(jì)方法、設(shè)計(jì)理念、設(shè)計(jì)思路及設(shè)計(jì)心得體會(huì)等與設(shè)計(jì)有關(guān)的方方面面!首先,分析了當(dāng)今國(guó)內(nèi)外重型車變速器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及本次設(shè)計(jì)采用的方案----雙中間軸式多檔變速器!雙中間軸設(shè)計(jì)先進(jìn),結(jié)構(gòu)獨(dú)特,動(dòng)力從輸入軸輸入,然后分流至兩個(gè)中間軸,最后匯集于主軸輸出,然后分流至兩個(gè)中間軸,最后匯集于主軸輸出,實(shí)現(xiàn)了箱體內(nèi)部的功率分流,從而使變速器內(nèi)每個(gè)中間軸及每個(gè)齒輪上的載荷減半,大大改善了齒輪軸承和箱體的受力情況,與單中間軸變速器相比,雙中間軸變速器受路況,載荷和運(yùn)能等因素影響要小一些,更適合中國(guó)國(guó)情。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中盡力做到有理有據(jù),確定方案之后對(duì)整車的動(dòng)力性和燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算及評(píng)定。接著進(jìn)行了變速器檔數(shù)、主減速器傳動(dòng)比、各檔傳動(dòng)比及齒輪幾何參數(shù)的確定。接下來布置草圖和變速器總裝配圖,軸的尺寸確定、換檔機(jī)構(gòu)的布置等。對(duì)主箱中間軸、主軸進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度及剛度的校核計(jì)算。而后對(duì)每對(duì)齒輪進(jìn)行了彎曲應(yīng)力和接觸應(yīng)力的計(jì)算!本次設(shè)計(jì)在設(shè)計(jì)方法上充分運(yùn)用了計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、機(jī)械類設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)、設(shè)計(jì)軟件。設(shè)計(jì)思想上秉著:好造、好用、好看的原則,盡力使各零件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化、通用化!從而滿足變速器產(chǎn)品的系列化設(shè)計(jì)。從國(guó)內(nèi)重型汽車變速器市場(chǎng)容量來看,有三分之一的產(chǎn)品來自進(jìn)口,而另外三分之二的產(chǎn)品中有80%以上源自國(guó)外技術(shù),國(guó)內(nèi)自主開發(fā)的重型汽車變速器產(chǎn)品銷量很小,從而說明國(guó)內(nèi)重型汽車變速器廠家的自主開發(fā)能力仍然很薄弱,應(yīng)對(duì)整車新車型配套產(chǎn)品的能力遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠。為此本次設(shè)計(jì)的變速器主要是針對(duì)重型車而設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)當(dāng)前的市場(chǎng)供求情況本類型變速器有著廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景!
