課題來源
目前寵物飼料以顆粒狀和長條狀居多,其中長條形寵物飼料的加工多以手工為主。如制造、計數(shù)、包裝成袋等。生產(chǎn)效率極其底下,很難完成客戶的供貨需求,同時,工人的勞動強度也很大。而對于寵物飼料,進行生產(chǎn)自動化的關鍵難題是難以對飼料進行有序排列,從而利用光電技術和包裝技術完成自動化計數(shù)包裝。因為對于寵物飼料,如長條型寵物飼料尺寸形狀不規(guī)則,直徑和長度尺寸變化大,這些都給自動化上料設備的研制帶來很大的困難。本課題就是設計針對不規(guī)則長條形寵物飼料設計上料排序裝置,完成寵物飼料排序、計數(shù)和自動化包裝,提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,降低工人的勞動強度。

(1)課題科學意義
當會發(fā)展迅速,人們生活水平不斷提高,飼養(yǎng)寵物越來越成為家庭的一種習慣,因此寵物飼料的發(fā)展得到較大的發(fā)展.伴隨著下游行業(yè)對飼料機需求量的不斷增加,市場對于飼料機的品種、質量和功能的要求也越來越高。上料機是生產(chǎn)流水線里必備的產(chǎn)品,分為單體式全自動真空上料機與分體式大功率全自動真空上料機,主要用于生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)。大多數(shù)上料機依靠振動原理,但發(fā)展還不如發(fā)達國家,重要技術上還存在不足前社。
(2)飼料上料機的研究狀況及其發(fā)展前景
由于我國寵物飼料開發(fā)尚處于萌芽階段,寵物飼料具有廣闊的市場空間,這當中誰掌握了先進的寵物飼料上料設備技術,早一步實現(xiàn)自動化上料包裝一體化,則掌握了占據(jù)市場的鑰匙。目前我國的寵物飼料的加工生產(chǎn),包裝等都還很低端化,企業(yè)都是勞動密集型的加工企業(yè),依靠勞動力去發(fā)展的企業(yè)效率低下,企業(yè)利潤空間有限,因此寵物飼料的自動化加工生產(chǎn)勢在必行。
研究內(nèi)容
①通過參照現(xiàn)有上料設備的模型,設計出符合要求的上料設備;
②通過參考網(wǎng)上的資料進行總體方案設計和設備系統(tǒng)分析;
③對上料架進行設計并進行校核,以確保工作的安全性;
④通過對上料設備的工作要求的研究,確定主要零部件的尺寸及參數(shù);
⑤利用UG進行運動三維造型并進行簡單的運動仿真;
⑥由UG三維實體轉出CAD二維圖,并對其進行修改、完善,編寫說明書。
擬采取的研究方法
本設備區(qū)別于其他上料設備的不同之處在于多層式上料機構,當前的國內(nèi)的一些如香煙,玩具的上料設備多為一層式上料設備,且大多數(shù)利用振動原理。多層式上料設備的優(yōu)點在克服了劇烈震動,保護了產(chǎn)品,本設備主要由動力系統(tǒng),傳動系統(tǒng),上料系統(tǒng)和輸送系統(tǒng)組成,與傳統(tǒng)自動化機械一脈相承.
