摘要
刮板輸送機是目前長壁采煤工作面唯一的運輸設備。雖然其類型和組成部件的形式多種多樣，但基本組成與工作原理相同。一般的刮板輸送機能在25°以下的條件使用。刮板輸送機在使用中要受拉、壓、彎曲、沖擊摩擦和腐蝕等多種作用，因此，必須有足夠的強度、剛度、耐磨和耐腐蝕性。由于它的運輸方式是物料和刮板鏈都在槽內滑行，因此運行阻力和磨損都很大。但是，在采煤工作面運煤，目前還沒有更好的機械可代替，只能從結構上、強度上和制造工藝上不斷研究，使它更加完善、耐用。
本設計要求為橫軸式掘進機的掘進機的轉運機構的設計，主要對轉運機構的結構方案設計，參數(shù)確定，動力元件的選擇，鏈輪的設計計算，鏈輪軸的設計計算刮板鏈及刮板的設計計算等進行設計計算。

Abstract

Because it is the mode of transportation of materials and scraper chain in the slide groove, so running resistance and wear are very big. In coal mining working face coal, however, there is no better mechanical alternatives, only from the structure, intensity, and continuous research on manufacturing process, make it more perfect and durable.
The design requirements for transport of horizontal shaft type machine machine organization design, main structure design of transport mechanism, parameters, the choice of power components, sprocket design calculation, design and calculation of the scraper chain sprocket wheel shaft and the design and calculation of the scraper etc design calculation.
