摘要
因為目前的煤炭井下排水的自動化程度不高,本設計從實際的角度出發(fā),對于目前排水系統(tǒng)的不足,做出有效的提升.對于皮帶巷和回風巷中的特殊積水類型,本設計有針對性的處理方法,來解決其特殊的排水問題,本設計的重要目的是為了更加簡單,更加快速,更加安全的處理井下的排水問題.提高井下排水的效率并且增加井下工作的安全系數(shù),使井下排水的智能化程度有所提高,實現(xiàn)我們煤礦井下排水智能化.優(yōu)化了煤炭井下排水的操作,使其操作更加的簡單,更加的系統(tǒng)化,杜絕了多余的動作,減少了人工的浪費。
在本設計中首先對于煤礦井下的排水系統(tǒng)以及設備進行可簡單的描述,而后對于傳感器和PLC選型進行了介紹,最后對PLC的軟件進行了設計,并且制定了智能排水的基本原則并且通過多種的傳感器例如水位傳感器、壓力傳感器、流量傳感器以及溫度傳感器。在本設計中可以實現(xiàn)自動、半自動和手動控制操作方式。并且在本設計中簡單的模擬煤礦井下巷道排水情況,而且由于考慮到水泵的故障或者其他的原因導致水泵的停止運作,所以在本設計中增加了水泵輪轉功能和水泵的自動轉換功能。有根據(jù)了避峰就谷原則來控制水泵的排水時間。
考慮到設計的實用性和經(jīng)濟性,在本設計中選用了S7-200型系列PLC,S7-200系列PLC結構比較簡單,運用比較廣泛。并且選用了CPU226,這樣對于系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)字量輸入輸出點位,都可以達到要求。而且S7-200比較穩(wěn)定。

Abstract
Because the automation of coal mine drainage is not high, the design from the practical point of view, the current lack of drainage system, make effective improvement. For the special type of water tunnel and return airway belt, the design of a targeted approach, to solve the special problem of drainage, important purpose this design is for a more simple, faster, more secure mine drainage problems. To improve the efficiency of the underground drainage and increase the safety factor of underground work, the intelligent degree of the underground drainage has improved, we realize the coal mine drainage. The intelligent optimization of coal mine drainage operation, make the operation more. Simple, more systematic, eliminate the superfluous action, reduce the waste.
In this design first for coal mine drainage system and equipment of can be simply described, then the sensor and the selection of PLC are introduced. At last, the paper gives the design of the PLC software, and to develop the basic principles of intelligent drainage and through a variety of sensors such as water level sensor, a pressure sensor, a flow sensor and temperature sensor. In this design can realize automatic, semi-automatic and manual control operation mode. And in the design of simple simulation of coal mine underground roadway drainage and due to taking into account the pump failure or other reasons caused the pump to stop operation, so in the design of increased pump rotary pump function and automatic conversion function. According to the principle of the valley to the valley principle to control the pump drainage time.
Considering the practicality and economy of the design, the S7-200 series PLC is chosen in the design, and the S7-200 series PLC structure is simple, and it is widely used.. And CPU226, so that the number of digital input and output point can be achieved. And S7-200 is relatively stable.
