Warming up 1) Singing: Are you sleeping? 2) Chant: swimming reading drawing. 2 pre-task 1) Presentation: T: look, what’s that? (Show an album) Oh, it’s my album. There are many photos in it (teach holiday photo) 2) Practice 3) Presentation: introduce the photos and ask questions Photo1: my dad 45 Questions: who’s that? He’s… How old is he? He’s… Photo2: my mum 40 Photo3: my grandpa 85 4) Presentation & practice: Introduce the teacher’s photos and try to ask questions 5) Talk about the pictures of the cartoon 6) TPR 7) Play a guessing game 8) Go over the new words 3 while –task & post-task 1) Listen to the teacher and try to understand the dialogue 2) Say after the teacher. 3) Practice 4) Act out the dialogue 4. What is his name? (Mr. yellow) P: He’s Mr. yellow T: Yes. His name is Mr. Yellow. He is an adult He looks funny. He is reading. 1) Practice (CAI) Picture 1: Jessica Watching TV Picture 2: Jiaming playing football Picture 3: Mrs brown Cleaning house Picture 4: Janet Skipping Make drills with partners 2) Presentation: teaching the new words when the students are practicing the drills 3) TPR 4) Game: what are you doing? 5) Bingo game 3.while-task and post-task 1) Listen to radio and do the listening prehension of “activities book. 2) Check the answer in class 3) Development: make a short dialogue according to the pictures and the keys words. 1.
