摘 要
本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目是后欄板起重運(yùn)輸車的設(shè)計(jì)。欄板起重運(yùn)輸車采用汽車車廂的欄板或附加起重欄板為起重裝置，并利用車身的動力源，驅(qū)動欄板進(jìn)行升降以裝卸貨物，從而從一定程度上實(shí)現(xiàn)了快速貨運(yùn)。
它適用于箱、袋、桶、捆等包裝方式的貨物的裝卸運(yùn)輸作業(yè)，因此在商業(yè)、郵政、地質(zhì)勘探、圖書發(fā)行、等部門的貨物運(yùn)輸中表現(xiàn)出較好的優(yōu)越性。
本次設(shè)計(jì)在查閱大量相關(guān)資料的基礎(chǔ)上，深入分析了后欄板起重運(yùn)輸汽車設(shè)計(jì)的總體方案，對底盤、升降機(jī)構(gòu)、液壓系統(tǒng)、后欄板以及相關(guān)附件等進(jìn)行了合理選擇。并通過對底盤型號的選取，確定了整車性能參數(shù)。以此為基礎(chǔ)，加上對升降機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動學(xué)、力學(xué)的分析，對升降機(jī)構(gòu)各部分尺寸參數(shù)進(jìn)行了確定和校核。采用液壓系統(tǒng)對各個元件進(jìn)行控制以實(shí)現(xiàn)其起重、舉升、裝卸貨物的功能，并通過對各液壓元件的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，確定系統(tǒng)采用的液壓元件的型號。確定了對后欄板起重運(yùn)輸汽車的總體參數(shù)。對改裝后的整車性能也進(jìn)行了分析和計(jì)算，以確定是否能滿足國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

ABSTRACT
The project topic is the design of the tailgate lift truck.Platecrane truck used car plate or additional lifting device for lifting and using the body's power source to drive take-off and landing plate for loading and unloading of car goods ，thereby brings out the fast freight on some degree.
It applies to boxes, bags, barrels, bundles, such as packaging of the loading and unloading of goods transport operations, so in the commercial, postal services, geological prospecting, book publishing, such as transport of goods sector showed the superiority of better.
The article makes in-depth analysis of the program of the overall design on the basis of searching for a large number of relevant information, make a reasonable choice for chassis,
Lifting mechanism, hydraulic system, tailgate and the related accessories. And also through the selection of the chassis, the article determines the performance parameters of the vehicle. On this basis, adding to the kinematics and mechanical analysis of the tailgate lift mechanism, it makes the identification and verification of the size of the tailgate lift’s movements. Meanwhile, adopting a hydraulic control system to controll each component, it carrys on the function of rising goods, lifting, and unloading goods, and though the design of hydraulic components, it determines the components of the hydraulic models. At this point, the article determines the overall parameters of the whole vechile. In addition, it makes the analysis and calculation for the whole after repacking to test whether it can meet the national standard.
