摘 要
本課題是對無凸緣圓筒形件的沖壓成形工藝及模具設計，其中分別對模具的工作零部件等六大類零部件作詳細設計。設計的主要內容包括沖裁件的工藝分析及工藝方案的確定、工藝計算、沖裁模具的設計、模具的安裝與調整等。
在工藝計算部分要對排樣設計與計算、沖壓力的計算、模具壓力中心的確定、凸凹模尺寸并確定制造公差的計算與計算等內容詳細計算。
在沖裁模的設計部分要對工作零件、定位零件、卸料與頂件零件、導向零件連接與固定零件等結構進行詳細的分析設計。要在設計過程中了解模具的工作過程和注意標準的選用，對復合沖裁模的結構有進一步的了解。
模具的安裝與調試部分要注意導柱模具與無導柱模具的安裝方法及順序，通過模具的安裝，了解模具的組成及各部分零部件的作用等。注意模具安裝過后的試沖過程中常見的缺陷與解決方法等。
通過這次畢業(yè)設計要對復合模具有更近一步的了解，在設計時要注意模具結構簡單、模具使用方便、模具壽命高等問題。并且要提高生產(chǎn)效率，保證產(chǎn)品的質量。
