摘要
本設計的成品為一薄壁罩蓋，論述了采用斜桿導滑的斜滑塊內(nèi)側(cè)抽芯的注射模結(jié)構(gòu)設計和工作過程。在設計過程中按以下步驟設計模具：罩蓋注塑模工藝規(guī)程的編制—注塑模的結(jié)構(gòu)設計—模具設計的有關(guān)計算—模具加熱與冷卻系統(tǒng)設計—模具閉合高度的確定—注塑機有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核，最后是繪制模具總裝配圖。在注塑模工藝規(guī)程的編制的過程中，要著重分析制品原材料（PS）的各項成型工藝參數(shù)；在模具結(jié)構(gòu)設計中應注意的是斜滑塊起成型兼頂出的作用，解決了該件內(nèi)側(cè)有四個小凸臺不易脫模的問題；模具設計計算的要點是型腔與型芯徑向尺寸及深度方向尺寸的計算，型腔與型芯的計算在整個設計過程中顯得尤為重要，因為它們直接關(guān)系到制品的尺寸精度；模具總裝圖和非標準零件圖用AutoCAD畫出，圖中需標注的各項參數(shù)如尺寸，公差，技術(shù)要求，圖紙布局等均應按國家標準設計。設計中出現(xiàn)的標準件如推板，螺釘?shù)鹊牧慵D無需一一畫出，但應參照文獻查出其具體結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸。模具結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，動作可靠，制造成本低。

The standard component appearing in the design, like pushing the board, the part pictures of screw ,etc. do not need to draw one by one, but should find its concrete physical dimension according to documents . The structure of the mould is compact, movements are reliable , it is with low costs to make.
