摘要
隨著交通量的快速增長(zhǎng)，車速提高，人們出行希望有快速、舒適的交通條件，預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)箱梁橋能適應(yīng)這一需要。它具有橋面接縫少、梁高小、剛度大、整體性強(qiáng)，外形美觀，便于養(yǎng)護(hù)，跨度能力大，能充分發(fā)揮材料強(qiáng)度等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是公路、鐵路上廣泛推廣的一種橋梁體系。本設(shè)計(jì)為公路（63m+95m+63m）三跨預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)箱梁橋，主跨 95m，邊跨對(duì)稱 63m。主梁截面形式為變截面箱形梁，采用單箱單室。橋面總寬為0.25m（人行道欄桿）+0.5m（防撞欄桿）+7.5m（行車道）+0.5m（防撞欄桿）+3.25m（人行道）=12.00m，單向兩車道。采用懸臂現(xiàn)澆法施工。預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁采用 C50 混凝土；預(yù)應(yīng)力筋均采用φ15.2（1×7 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型）低松弛鋼絞線。該橋的設(shè)計(jì)分為三部分：橋型方案設(shè)計(jì)及比選；上部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及驗(yàn)算；施工圖設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)軟件主要用MIDAS。

THE DESIGN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWING OF CHANGTIAN BRIDGE
ABSTRACT
With the rapid increasing of the traffic capacity and the advance of the velocity, it is required that there is faster and more comfortable traffic condition for people going out, which can be met by the prestressed concrete series box girder bridge with such virtues as fewsurface joints, smaller height of the girder, better unitary, more beautiful figure, easier tomaintenance and larger spans capability and so on, which is a bridge system popular in roadand railway. This design is for a three-span continuous prestressed concrete box-girder highway bridge(63 m +95 m +63 m). The main span is 95m, while the side span is symmetrical and is 63m. The form of the main beam is variable cross-section box girder with a single box and a single room. The total width of the bridge 0.25m (sidewalk railings) +0.5 m (bull bars) +7.5 m (carriageway) +0.5 m (bull bars) +3.25 m (side walk)=12m,,having two lanes by two-way. The bridge is constructed by Cast-In-Place Balanced Cantilever. The prestressed concrete continuous beams use C50 concrete and the prestressed reinforcements are made of φs15.2 (1 × 7 standard) low-relaxation Stranded Wires. The design of the bridge is made of three parts: the design,comparison and selection of the bridge-program; the design and check of the upper part of the structure and the design of the construction drawing. The main design software is MIDAS.
